These Website Terms describe the basic rules for using the public ORYVEK website. A paid project is additionally governed by the project agreement accepted by ORYVEK and the client.
Project agreements control. These website terms are not a substitute for a client-specific contract covering scope, fees, ownership, hosting, Care, data responsibilities and other commercial terms.
Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about ORYVEK's services. Do not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the website to violate another person's rights.
Information and pricing
Public descriptions and package prices are provided for general information. Foundation is from Rs. 125,000; Growth is Rs. 250,000; Signature is Rs. 450,000. Final scope and pricing may differ according to requirements, complexity, third-party costs and the written scope agreed for a project.
ORYVEK Care
Every ORYVEK website enters ORYVEK Care after launch. Included Care periods and subsequent monthly rates depend on the package. Care is intended for ongoing technical care, monitoring, maintenance, support and reasonable minor changes within the applicable scope. It does not mean unlimited development. Major new features, redesigns, new systems and materially expanded requirements are separate work.
Third-party services
Websites may use third-party hosting, domain registrars, payment providers, analytics, communications, maps, fonts, APIs or other services. Their own terms, pricing, availability and privacy practices may apply. Where a third-party service is required for a client's project, the relevant responsibilities and costs should be addressed in the project agreement.
Intellectual property
ORYVEK does not claim ownership of materials that belong to a client or a properly licensed third party. Project-specific ownership and licensing of designs, code, content, photographs, fonts, libraries and other materials should be stated in the applicable project agreement. Visitors must not copy ORYVEK's branding, original site content or other protected material without permission or a lawful license.
No blanket guarantees
ORYVEK does not use this website to guarantee search rankings, inclusion in AI-generated answers, uninterrupted availability, a particular business result, or that every third-party service will remain available. Project-specific commitments should be written into the applicable agreement.
Changes
ORYVEK may update these website terms as the website or business practices change. The latest version will be published on this page.
