This Privacy Notice explains how the current ORYVEK website handles information when you browse the site or send a project enquiry.
Important: The current ORYVEK website is a static website and does not operate its own server-side database for the Build questionnaire. Information is prepared in your browser and is only handed to a third-party service when you choose a contact method such as Gmail or WhatsApp.
Information you may provide
The Build questionnaire may ask for information such as your name, role, business or project details, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, location, website requirements, budget, timeline and other project information. You choose what to enter.
How the website uses it
Information entered into the questionnaire is used to prepare an enquiry for ORYVEK and to help us understand and respond to a project request. The site does not currently send questionnaire data to an ORYVEK-operated database.
Third-party services
If you choose Gmail or WhatsApp, the prepared enquiry is sent to the corresponding service. If you choose Instagram, the enquiry text is copied to your clipboard and Instagram is opened. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. ORYVEK does not control how a third-party platform subsequently handles information.
Cookies and technical information
The current site does not intentionally set its own tracking cookies. Your hosting provider, browser, network, security services or linked third-party platforms may process technical information such as IP address, device information or request logs as part of providing or protecting their services. Exact handling depends on the services used to host and access the site.
Links and external websites
The site contains links to external services. Their privacy practices are governed by those services rather than this notice.
Client projects
When ORYVEK builds a website or system for a client, the information and data processing involved in that project may be different from the public ORYVEK website. Client projects should be governed by an appropriate project agreement and, where relevant, privacy/data-processing documentation describing responsibilities, third-party services, retention and security arrangements.
