Exporter Evidence Room.
Prototype an organized buyer documentation room before investing in a production portal.
What we offer.
Design a limited-access document-room prototype where exporters can organize specifications, certificates and approved business evidence for review by buyers or partners.
Exporters, manufacturers, suppliers, trading companies and teams responding to buyer documentation requests.
What's included in the pilot.
- A limited prototype with representative user roles, sample sign-in and document organization
- Demonstration of document categories, status labels and controlled sharing flows using non-sensitive sample files
- An access-control and data-handling requirements checklist
- A documented security and hosting plan for any future production deployment
- A demonstration and handover of the proof of concept
Pilot pricing & scope.
Pilot pricing covers discovery and one limited demonstrator with sample documents and representative access controls. Production hosting, security assessment, legal compliance, integrations, training and support are separate.
Introductory pilot estimates only. The exact scope, price, taxes, third-party costs and deliverables will be confirmed in writing before any work begins.
How the engagement works.
- 01
Map
Identify document categories, buyer needs and access roles.
- 02
Prototype
Build sample screens, workflow and restricted prototype interactions.
- 03

Test intended sharing rules with non-sensitive sample content.
- 04
Plan
Document requirements and cost drivers for a production-safe rollout.
Important limitations.
The US$400–900 pilot is for a scoped proof of concept using synthetic or publicly approved sample documents. It is not an audited or production-secure repository. Do not upload confidential, regulated or commercially sensitive records to a demonstration. Production authentication, permissions, encryption, audit logging, backup, retention, incident response and a security review must be separately scoped and verified before any real-data launch.
We assess each enquiry against available skills, technical requirements and applicable obligations before agreeing to undertake the work.
